If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have received, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating the reason for return. If the item has not been worn, the original tags are still attached and we are satisfied with the reason for return, we will gladly refund your purchase in full (less shipping costs).
All returned items must be received by EDIE MAC within 10 days of purchase for UK customers. Please contact us first if you wish to return an item from overseas.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Any tickets must still be attached and all returned items must be unworn. If it appears an item has been worn or if any tickets are missing, EDIE MAC will not be able to issue a refund.
Returned items must be sent either recorded delivery or 'signed for' and the delivery confirmation must be obtained for tracking. Please email the tracking number when shipping your return. The returned parcel is your responsibility until we have confirmed that it has arrived with us. IMPORTANT: if we do not receive a returned item then we will not be able to process your refund.
All sale items are final sale and therefore non-returnable.
